News has been very light today in the nba world so I felt the best post would be of Jimmy Butler hitting the game winning 3 against the Hawks from Thursday. Butler also scored 29 points in the game and his defensive was as annoying as usual for the apposing Hawks. Game winners are game winners preseason or not. Good job balling out there Jimmy.
With about 8 seconds left in the game the Raptors elected to inbound the ball to Lou Williams in the backcourt who then dribbled it up in iso and drained the step back 3 against Avery Bradley with 0.6 seconds left on the clock to give the Raptors a 92-89 win. Baller stuff

In the first game of the global games initiative, where NBA teams play some preseason games overseas against local teams, Alba Berlin defeated the San Antonio Spurs after a steal off the inbound lead to a bank shot runner just inside the 3 point line at the buzzer. Wow. The Spurs weren't just playing their bench for the entire game either as Leonard, Duncan and Parker each received 29 minutes and Popovich played his best guys for the final botched inbound pass. Even Tony Parker's 29 points and Tim Duncan getting a double double couldn't stop the hometown German Cup champions. That's because Jamal McLean was balling today.
